ADP to Add 250 Jobs to its Workforce in Tucson, AZ

ADP® is adding 250 positions to its Tucson workforce, bringing to 400 the number of ADP associates in Tucson and to nearly 2,000 the number of ADP associates who will be working in Arizona. Workforce Quotes ADP Expert About ACA Compliance

Workforce has posted an article titled “Despite Repeal Efforts, ACA Compliance Moves Forward” that extensively quotes ADP SME Ellen Feeney, vice president, Counsel, Global Compliance, on the need for compliance with the current provisions of the Affordable Care Act while the incoming administration evaluates its next steps regarding the law. “Given the Republican sweep in the White House, Senate and House of Representatives, the new makeup of our government represents a potentially significant change not just for ACA, but for tax policy, Fair Labor Standards Act, pay equity and more,” [Feeney] said in an email. “First and foremost, it’s important to focus on facts vs. speculation. Change won’t happen overnight. The Affordable Care Act is the law, and will remain so until it’s not. Ten million people are getting subsidies through the marketplaces and 20 million total are insured through the public marketplaces.
