The Treatment Center: Returning to ADP® Comprehensive Services Results in Time and Money Saved

The Treatment Center and the Adolescent Treatment Center of the Palm Beaches is a substance abuse and mental health facility that helps patients on the road to lifelong recovery from addiction. They started with ADP in 2011 but left ADP for a competitor in 2015. Four months later, they returned to ADP and implemented ADP® Comprehensive Services. Sandra Rose, Human Resources Director explained that one of the reasons why she came back to ADP was because she wasn’t able to manipulate data in the competitor’s system to get the reports she needed quickly. The service-providing sector provided the majority of new jobs, while the goods-producing sector lagged. Texas led job growth with Florida close behind. Below, we identify some common workplace issues during the summer months and how you can prevent and respond to them. Dress Code Violations: As the temperature rises outside, dress code violations tend to increase as well. Now is a good time to remind your employees of your dress and grooming standards. If you adopt a more relaxed dress code during the summer months, provide employees with guidance on what is acceptable and what is not, such as “open-toed shoes are permitted, flip flops are not.” Be sure your policy doesn’t unfairly single out a category of employees, or discriminate against a particular group.
