The South and West are Rip-Roaring in April

Regional employment grew steadily in April, according to the ADP Regional Employment Report. The service providing sector continued its strong growth with professional and business services adding the majority of jobs across all regions. The south posted the most gains with the west a close second. Looking at key states, Texas led the way in job growth where, if combined, professional and business services and natural resources, mining and construction added nearly half of all jobs in the state.
