Natural Resources, Mining and Construction Saw Regional Job Gains in August

In August, the goods-producing sector saw its best performance in months with positive gains in natural resources, mining and construction, according to the ADP Regional Employment Report. Additionally, the service-providing sector continued its forward momentum while, on a state level, Texas and California lead in job gains. The ADP Regional Employment Report is produced by ADP®, a leading global provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, in collaboration with Moody’s Analytics, Inc.
