  • The Blog Code of Conduct:   You agree that you will not use the Blog to post any material or information (“Submission”) which is obscene, offensive, or violent; shows alcohol, drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons; promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message; defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies; contain trademarks, logos, or trade dress owned by others; uses celebrities and/or other public figures, or look-alikes of such people, living or dead; violates any law, or is otherwise inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which ADP wishes to associate itself.

 

  • Grant of Rights:  You grant to ADP and its designees a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to exploit any Submission you provide in any media now or hereafter known, without any payment or other consideration of any kind, or permission or notification, to you or any third party.  ADP shall have all rights to use the Submission, including without limitation, the right to reproduce, record, alter, amend, edit, publish, publicly use, and license your Submission.

 

  • Opinions, Statements and Postings:   Any opinions or statements or other material posted on the Blog by a user are those of such parties, and ADP does not endorse any such opinion, statement, or other material.  [Any user who feels that the Blog or other posting is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately at blog [at] ADP [dot] [com].  ADP reserves the right but does not have the obligation to review any comments and materials submitted to the Blog and may, at its discretion, moderate and review any submissions before posting.  ADP reserves the right to not post and to remove comments or other materials for any and no reason, and you agree that you shall not have or make, any claims against ADP based on its posting (or failure to post) or removal of any comments or other materials.

 

  • You should be aware that any information provided by a user may be incorrect or misleading and it is your responsibility to take precautions when using any such information.  Any decision or action taken by you on the basis of information or content provided by another user of the Blog is at your sole discretion and risk.
  • Copyrights, Trademarks and Other Proprietary Rights:  You should assume that everything on the Blog that is posted by ADP is copyrighted, trademarked and owned by ADP and either ADP’s property or used by ADP with permission from third parties.  You may not use any images, videos or text from the Blog unless expressly permitted in these Terms or with ADP’s prior written consent.  Any unauthorized use of any images, videos or text may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, rights of privacy and publicity, and other applicable regulations and statutes, and you may be liable for your unauthorized use or your permitting others to make use of the foregoing.

 

  • Links:  ADP is not responsible for the contents of any website linked to the Blog, and the fact such links are provided on the Blog does not indicate ADP’s approval or endorsement of any material contained on any linked website.  Your connection to and use of any such linked website is at your own risk.

 

  • NO WARRANTIES:  The information and services provided or referenced on The Blog are provided “as is” and with all faults, and the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy, and effort is with the USERS.

  • Termination:  We reserve the right to deny use of all or part of the Blog to any user for any or no reason without notification.  We may, in our sole discretion and at any time, modify or terminate the Blog and remove or refuse to post any information, content, or materials.

 

  • General:  Any failure by us to enforce any of our rights under these Terms or applicable laws shall not constitute a waiver of such right.  If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, you and we shall endeavor to give effect to the intent reflected in that provision, and the remaining Terms shall retain their full force and effect.
