As the future of work and how it gets done evolves, companies need to fulfill the needs of individuals, equipping them to do their best work and, in turn, better support the business’ overall mission. ADP® benefits administration solutions are doing just that – helping organizations better meet changing ways employees live and work.
This is why NelsonHall, a global business process outsourcing (BPO) and IT services analyst firm, recognized ADP as a “Leader” in the 2017 Benefits Administration NelsonHall Evaluation & Assessment Tool (NEAT) for Health and Wellness (H&W) Optimization.
Amy Gurchensky, senior analyst at NelsonHall, pointed to the correlation between job satisfaction and employee benefits within the workforce today. ADP was commended for its offerings, technology and partnerships, which have refined the user experience of ADP tools to help organizations drive employee engagement and ultimately feel more fulfilled by their positions, Gurchensky said.
The NEAT H&W 2017 also highlighted other aspects of the ADP value proposition in the market, including its ability to tightly integrate its global payroll capabilities with its global benefits offering, as well as its ability to support voluntary benefits and other ancillary benefits, creating a holistic benefits experience for employees. ADP’s role in helping clients get their benefits strategies right through its combined Strategic Advisory Services group and benefits administration offering was also highlighted.
The NEAT analysis bases its ranking on a combination of analyst assessments and client interviews, as well as a company’s initiatives to drive service innovation. The assessment evaluates vendors on two key dimensions: ability to deliver immediate benefits and ability to meet clients’ future requirements.
