Inc.com published an article today titled, “7 Things Great Leaders Do to Keep Employees Happy, Study Says.” The story looks at the importance of building a company culture that better engages employees and highlights key findings from a study by the ADP Research Institute® (ADP RI): Evolution of Work 2.0: The Me vs. We Mindset.

In an effort to better understand what workers consider when deciding to stay at their current job or accept a new position, ADP RI surveyed employees and employers in 13 countries. The responses highlight a disconnect between workers and their employers around important factors such as talent management, recruitment, retention, and corporate performance.
