How ADP Connects D&I to Business Strategy

Workhuman recently highlighted a presentation by ADP’s Chief Diversity Officer, Rita Mitjans, where she discussed how employers can create a more inclusive work culture and expand their diversity and inclusion initiatives to align with their business strategy.

• Assessed what their “people data” told them

• Aligned with their HR and business strategy

• Engaged champions throughout the organization.
