The Black Enterprise 50 Best Companies for Diversity list, published in partnership with the Executive Leadership Council, identifies corporations that have stood out in developing an inclusive culture and executing policies that increase the representation of African Americans within their workforce, senior management ranks, corporate boards and supplier pools. The companies included on this year’s roster demonstrated recognition of the link between diversity and engagement, which is driven by corporate leadership.
