ADP Named to Black Enterprise “50 Best Companies for Diversity” List

Rita Mitjans, Chief Diversity & Corporate Social Responsibility Officer

ADP’s commitment to diversity is foundational to our talent strategy and one of the many things that makes ADP a great place to work. Celebrating our differences not only fosters an inclusive work environment where each person has the opportunity to make a positive impact, but it also enables us to better connect with our clients across the diverse markets we serve. I’m proud to share that ADP was recently named to the Black Enterprise 50 Best Companies for Diversity List for our commitment to diversity in four key areas: our board of directors, employee base, senior management and supplier diversity.

The Black Enterprise 50 Best Companies for Diversity list, published in partnership with the Executive Leadership Council, identifies corporations that have stood out in developing an inclusive culture and executing policies that increase the representation of African Americans within their workforce, senior management ranks, corporate boards and supplier pools. The companies included on this year’s roster demonstrated recognition of the link between diversity and engagement, which is driven by corporate leadership.

As a company centered on human capital management, we believe that a culture that embraces diversity is a leading indicator of great talent. Regardless of background, sexual orientation, gender, race and ethnicity, all our associates should have the opportunity to advance and succeed. We remain committed to supporting an inclusive culture where all talent can thrive and this important recognition – along with others like “The Working Mother 100 Best Companies,” the “Anita Borg Institute Leadership Index” for women technologists, the Human Rights Campaign Equality Index for LGBTQ, and DiversityInc’s Top 50 Companies for Diversity – validates that our commitments are paying off.
